This Privacy Policy applies to apps, websites, and online services operated by a blank studio (together, the "Services"). At a blank studio, your privacy matters. We design our products to collect the minimum data necessary to deliver a smooth and respectful experience. We never sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your information for advertising purposes.

Depending on the Service and the features you use, we may process:

- Device and technical information, such as device type, operating system version, app version, language, and basic diagnostic or crash information
- Account or contact information (for example, email or Apple ID-related identifiers) only if you use login, sync, support, or similar features
- Location information, only when a feature requires it and you grant permission
- Purchase and subscription status as needed to unlock paid features, usually via the platform provider rather than by collecting your full payment card details

We do not collect sensitive personal information unless it is essential for a feature you choose to use (for example, cloud sync, subscription authentication, or an AI feature you initiate).

2. How We Use Information
We use information to operate and improve the Services, provide features you request, troubleshoot issues, process entitlements, communicate about support, and meet legal or platform obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use personal data for third-party advertising.

3. Third-Party Services
Some Services may integrate third-party providers that process limited data on our behalf or as part of platform functionality, such as:
- Apple services (including App Store, Apple ID, and iCloud, where used)
- Google services (including Google Play or Firebase, where used)
- RevenueCat or comparable subscription tooling
- Hosting or analytics providers for our websites (for example, Vercel)

These providers are subject to their own privacy policies. We use them to support core functionality such as distribution, syncing, subscriptions, hosting, diagnostics, or AI features — not for advertising or marketing to you on our behalf.

4. Data Storage and Retention
Much of your content may remain on your device. Where identity-linked data is stored off-device (such as iCloud documents, subscription status, support emails, or website logs), it is handled through Apple, Google, our hosting providers, or other relevant platforms under their security practices.
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law or for legitimate dispute resolution and abuse prevention.

5. Artificial Intelligence Services
Some applications developed by a blank studio may include artificial intelligence features to provide functions such as content generation, recommendations, analysis, personalization, or other intelligent experiences.

When AI-powered features are used, certain information required to provide the requested functionality may be securely processed through our backend systems and third-party artificial intelligence service providers. Depending on the application and feature, these providers may include AI technology providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or other comparable AI service providers.

We follow a data minimization approach and only process information reasonably necessary to provide the requested AI functionality. This may include user-provided content, application preferences, language settings, location information (when permission is granted), or other contextual information required to generate responses or complete requested tasks.

We do not intentionally send personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, Apple ID, contacts, photos, or other identity-related information to AI service providers unless a specific feature requires it and the relevant processing is clearly disclosed to you.

AI service providers process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable agreements. We take reasonable measures to work with service providers that maintain appropriate privacy and security practices.

AI-generated content may be produced automatically and may not always be completely accurate. Users should review AI-generated results appropriately before relying on them.

6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and which features you use, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of personal data associated with your account or support communications (if applicable)
- Request that we delete personal data we control
- Withdraw device permissions (such as location, photos, or notifications) in your system settings
- Opt out of optional analytics where available in the app settings
- Manage or cancel subscriptions through the platform store account settings

To make a privacy request, email visa@ablank.city. We may need enough information to verify your request and locate relevant records. Platform-controlled data (for example, Apple or Google account data) may also need to be managed directly with that platform.

7. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact visa@ablank.city and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

8. International Processing
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where we do so, we take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.
